At first, you will be resilient, and then you will be in a dilemma whether to yield or not, and finally, you surrender every inch of your will to your favorite TV show. Yes, first it is 'Nah! I don't want to see it', and then, 'I so want to see it!'.

Always heard that buzz about a particular show among your friends or social network. Wanted to check out what is it that is driving people crazy? There you are, watching your first episode on Netflix.
Now you have really started liking the show. You feel emotionally connected to the scenes and the characters, and think, 'It isn't that bad anyways'.
You have fallen in love with the show. All the time you think about the show. You don't care about your undone laundry nor do you care about the pizza slice lying on your table from the past 2 days.
All you care about is who is going to pair up with whom, and what twist will the next episode take. 'One last episode', that is what you tell yourself every night before pressing the 'next' button.

Now you start imagining that your favorite couple would get together, and every problem would end. Wait! NO! Nothing of that sort happened. Suddenly, everything is topsy-turvy, something you had never expected.
You have put in a lot of time and effort in this show, and now you don't want to miss any of it. You have abandoned your friends for the show, and probably do not even pick your boyfriend's call, because now you have your new love.
Fear of Losing
You know that the show has become a part of your life, but you find it hard to accept the bitter truth. The show is reaching its climax, and sooner or later it will get over, and your relationship with the show will end forever, or at least until the next season goes on air.
You have reached the last episode and are now reminiscing the journey you covered with your show. The first time you started watching the show. The emotional attachment you had with it. And so on.
And finally, your favorite show has ended. You are suddenly in a panic situation and don't know what to do. Your life revolved around this TV series, and now it has left you all alone. You feel so helpless and lonely without your dear show.
It's been 2 weeks and you still can't move on. You are so obsessed with the show that you talk about it everywhere, from office to parties. Your friends are now tired of listening about your love for that one scene or that one character, again and again.
