Till date there are numerous horror movies made and released all over the world. And these movies do have a substantial share in the total number of horror flicks. In a majority of the movies, the plot is quite similar; of zombies rising from the dead, starting to feed on human beings who eventually become zombies, and the healthy humans trying their level best to get rid of the dead-living creatures. Though the story line may be same, what matters is how well it is presented. The main aspect that makes these movies scary is the sudden entry of a zombie with a disfigured face and blood all over its body and also the sound effects.
In few movies, there also are some comic scenes in between which make the audience laugh. There are also some movies which fall completely in the ‘zombie comedy’ category. Due to the unexpected events and fright involved, people enjoy watching zombie movies. There are some which have even been considered as the best movies ever made. A notable mention is Victor Halperin’s ‘White Zombie’ considered the first zombie movie, released in 1932.
